I bought I Frig from this store .. if you do look at the fine print they don't fix your stuff with out multiple repair guys and components coming out to your house .. please go to Johnson city store the manager will do whatever it takes to make you happy .. this store needs help in app repair.. this is not ok .. I've called and I'm waiting for a reply tomorrow.. I will set in front of the store with shit Frig with signs .. someone please help me thank you .. next attorney..
Customer service in the flooring department is horrendous. We're looking to buy 21 boxes of ceramic floor tile and have only gotten stupid looks from the associates. Neither I nor my fiancé are able to load it all ourselves. Needed help picking out mortar as well - we've asked for assistance twice and are still fricking waiting. We've been here over an hour now. This will be my final trip to this store. Y'all can kiss my ass.
We went there 2 weeks ago and made a large purchase. We left one of our bags at the store. We did not notice this error until today. When we went back to customer service, they had saved our package behind the counter and apologized to US for leaving it. It was in no way their fault, yet they apologized to us! You cannot get better customer service than this! Excellent customer service. We will definitely make this store our "local store" when we are in Tennessee!
Worst customer service! I said I wouldn't return to this store due to previous issues and I should have driven a bit further to get what I needed! Not 1 person acknowledged us until I asked for manager after our horrible experience. THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER S E VICE SKILLS! DONE WITH ALL LOWES!
My husband and I have spent well over $2,000.00 dollars at this store in the last 10 months and have never had a problem until tonight. I was treated so rude from the return clerk that I will never shop there again. She treated me like I was a prisoner in jail and she was the correction officer. See ya lowes!
