RecommendedThe staff is friendly and helpful as always. We visit your store almost daily and know most employees on a first name basis. My complaint is mask noncompliance among the customers. When I asked the staff why they didn't enforce the mask mandate, they said they were afraid of repercussions from the customers. Is there someway, on a corporate level, you all can provide the support needed to keep us safe during these trying times? Thanx for all you do.
Good place to shop for home needs
Asked for directions to find a product, was told it’s in the lumber section, and he ran off. After walking the lumber and adjacent departments twice, everyone in the red vests were running around, too busy to help, I left and went to Home Depot where I got what I needed. You people in the red vests need to remember, the customers are the reasons you have a job.

Horrible. They are lazy. They do not finish the job and it’s ridiculous. I would NEVER suggest using this Lowe’s.

I would like to commend Blakely (customer service) and Colton (not sure which department) for getting me my replacement ratchet for my 19-piece Universal (12-point to us old timers) socket/ratchet set. Colton went above and beyond even MY expectations for customer service in order to get me a new ratchet. The store was out of stock of the same set, so he got me one from a different set. Same ratchet, though. Again, thank you Blakely and Colton.
