Horrible experience on a $30 return item. I’ve spent so much money in this store over the years but I’m now finished with them.
They never follow up on what they say they will wirh calls. Been paying up on something not received 3 months. Ordered counter tops April. Do not go through April. Plus Sandy sold us a side by side after 3 times of calling installation Ice maker did not work. We had to pay a plumber to fix what their installers should have fix 1st day. 150 for a plumber. We had to replace our bathtub faucet and shower pipe and I have to say what a fantastic job Jesse is doing in plumbing! We have been there the past 3-4 days trying to figure out what we're doing and he has been patient and understanding and gone above and beyond our expectations to make sure we have what we need and understand what we need to do. Good customer service is hard to find and he has provided it on every visit.
I don't think we will ever shop at another Lowes-the staff at this location on the Parkway are just wonderful. All the mangers-Kevin, Seth, and Robert-you guys are all super! It's a pleasure to do business with you. Thank you for going above and beyond-on numerous occasions-to make sure my husband and I are taken care of. You are the best! God Bless!
