Nice selection of tools, clean store, good store hours. I noticed that this particular Lowes store (Olathe KS) has an impressive inventory count for the products they carry. Needed a bunch of socket holders and wrench holders, and they had more than any other Lowes in town.
Tiling my dining room myself. I only had a few cuts that were odd that I couldn't do with my scorer/nipper. I didn't want to buy/rent a wet saw for so few cuts plus I do not do well with electric saws. Luckily, if you buy your tile there they will help you with a few cuts. Alex was a rock star and was able to get my odd shaped cuts done. Love my Lowe's Olathe!
In November we were shopping for tile and the man in flooring did not seem to want to help. We went back a couple of weeks later and Kimberly worked with us for 45 minutes. Went back yesterday and was so glad to see Kimberly working. Getting ready to do more tiling and she was more than willing to help us with a smile on her face.
Wow, this is a first, I came to return a spot light I purchased last week, I have the receipt, never opened and was told they can't return it because it's a holiday item and they stopped accepting returns after the 1st, even though I purchased it on the 3rd. WTH?
I have been to this store a thousand times over the last 5 years getting all sorts of things to complete home improvement projects and this was the first time where I felt like a true valued customer! Craig in building and lumber assisted not only in helping me by cutting a couple 16' boards in half for me but also helped in trying to find the barcodes on the siding and plywood sheets I stacked on my cart.
