Horrible customer service. NO help in loading 30 bags of Colorado River Rock. We asked for help and were told no one was available.. after purchase was complete so we had to load it ourselves. So my 65-year-Old, diabetic husband, who has previously had bypass surgery, had to load it. After I went inside to issue a complaint of no help, a young man finally came out with the head cashier and threw TWO bags in the truck. TERRIBLE service !! ZERO STARS!!
I had my floors done over a year ago, they left the gap in hardwood. After i contacted them numerous time and spoke to Kelly at installs and the manager they never took care of the problem. Every time I call i get the same reply: “we will call you by the eod” which never happened. Very frustrating!!!! Order under Olga Mahan.
We purchased a freezer from Lowe’s. After 3 months it stopped working. Under the warranty they referred us to The Appliance Care Company in Belton. Their technician was here for less than 10 minutes, claimed user error and charged us $150. In reviewing the owners manual we quickly refuted this claim and were left $150@ poorer on a $600 freezer that still didn’t work.
