Absolutely horrid. Purchased something 3 weeks ago and didn’t end up using it. Took it back to get my whole $12.38 back and I used a gift card on the initial purchase (which I have thrown away since) without asking, the returns person automatically puts it back on the card that I no longer have access to. After explaining for the 3rd time I didn’t have access to this card, he says that he is unable provide my cash and I would have to go back to the store where I purchased it from in order to get the matter resolved....almost... read more
I have shopped at Lowe’s in just about every department in it and have always had excellent customer service. I just bought a new dishwasher and want to give a special mention TJ & Juan who delivered it. They were very careful, polite and thoughtful enough to wear masks.
bought a 32' extension ladder. staff was very helpful and helped me load it.
Terrible customer service and items scanned $5 over shelf price. Took pictures to prove what the price was on the shelves. Never got help when had them paged 4 times and 30 minutes later still no help. Left and called store to speak to the manager Aubrey Speakes phone rang for 10 minutes no one answered. Finally got someone and we asked to speak to Aubrey told us to hold and never came back on the phone no voicemail. Worst store for customer service and you have to watch prices.
