After showing up to your store on Monday last week your associate to me he could get me measured and carpet installed by the 20th for my mobile home. After your associates blew off the measurement twice and I had to call and complain because both times he blew me off I was called 30 minutes after the time he was supposed to be there. Apparently Lowe's can't support the products they sell. They "can't" order in tools for warranty purposes, and are only able to warranty tools if they have them in stock. This used to be my go-to store, not anymore thanks to a very unhelpful and rude head cashier, a lying story changing clerk at the customer service counter, and the guy in the hardware department who never showed up.
Just nearing completion of a full Kitchen remodel. Valerie at Lowes Design Center in Raymore, Missouri, along with Nathan and Ward at Living Construction are amazing! Could not be more pleased with whole experience. Val has a great sense of design, and along with Nathan and Ward they have turned my 28 year old kitchen into a showroom worthy kitchen! Horrible customer service. Been in store numerous times ALWAYS excuses why someone can't help right now. Waited in area for over 30 minutes. Plumbing and window treatments. Front desk friendly but not helpful. Get your act together. Won't be back.
