I'm Having the hardest time getting a price after getting floor measured. I've called 3x and once I was told I'd be called back, was with a customer. Ok that makes sense. Call back 4 hours later, there's one guy who can help, he's at lunch. Call back again, ask for a manager, "none available," i was told. I'll take my business elsewhere. I'll be showing up in person for a refund on my measurements. By the way my measurements were done on Friday and they were 50 sq ft higher than all the other people who measured. Oh well.
I will never shop Lowes again. Paid them 35.00 for them to send company out to give estimate regarding replacement of garage doors just to find out they have none of the information that was discussed not any info on the doors therefore I do not have an estimate. Also when asked to speak to a manager I was told to call back later. Thanks for nothing Lowes!!!!!!!!
One thing after another getting carpet for our living ... once done they didn't take the old carpet and padding and we paid $50.01. WTF
Purchased a new deck from Lowe's 2 years ago and it is literally falling apart now. This rating is for the contractors that Lowe's used for the construction. After the initial construction, we had to contact Lowe's and have them send the contractor back to replace several of the posts. When the contractors put the deck together, they split the post with the screws. They also left screws exposed which they did not fix, even when they returned. Ordered a Dryer was told it would be delivered next day after 4:15 when we would be home. They call at 8:10 in the morning while I was at work (without the ability to you my phone) and stated they would be there between 1-4. Even though all the delivery notes stated would be home @4:15. I got the message at 4:30 and wife was home at 3:50. Once I got home at 5 contacted the store to find out that all of their day delivery personnel where gone and they had fired there even shift. Called the the store about plexiglass. Talked to Phil. Very helpful!!! When we got to the store Phil helped us, asked us if we had any questions. Answered all them and gave some great ideas for what we were doing. He went above and beyond!!!!! Great person and very professional!! We will be returning to shop!!! Thank you Phil!!

So this would be the second time that I have came to this store to get a flooring quote and yet again was not taken serious nor got any estimate..... So now Home Depot has received my business
