I went to the Raymore Lowe’s today in search of a self drilling screw. Phill was in the tool department and helped me to look for what I needed. Not only did he do that, but he went so far as to go out to my car with me, got down on the ground and looked to see exactly what I needed. He figure out I needed some sort of push pin and told me exactly what to do! I am so grateful that he went above and beyond to help me today! Thank you Phill!!
Ordered a washer/dryer 3 weeks ago that was finally delivered today. Unfortunately, the dryer was wrong. Received no apology about it from Alex (told the delivery Manager). Stated that Monday will be the soonest anything could be done as they will have to reorder a new one and no time frame could be given as to when the correct dryer would arrive. Delivery was put off four different times and then they show up with the wrong item. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!
