Our Samsung Home Appliances refrigerator that we purchased not even 3 years ago is broken once again. It is constantly having ice/frost build up issues, does not hold proper temperature, freezes and ruins our food. We have lost so much money in food since we got this defective refrigerator. Bought a microwave hood in 2013 along with extended protection plan, and had Lowe's install it. Began having an issue with the touchpad so I called protection plan to fix it. Tech that came out said installation was not done to code, resulting in the device being a fire safety hazard that he could not repair. Now Lowe's is saying protection plan is void due to improper installation, done by Lowe's, and the local store is saying they only cover install defects for 1 yr. what a f _ _ _ ing joke. My wife and I went in today to find out prices for a patio door. We waited for the right person who supposedly was going to be back from lunch in 20 minutes, we waited 40 minutes, they finally took my number and name down and said they would call me. That was at 11:30 am and it is 7:37 now and no call. I won't be going back.
