Would not honor there own internet prices. Was told to go to another Lowe’s, if I wanted the sale price.
we took our students on Community Based Instruction today. Joe in the paint department took time out of his day to explain how paint os mixed, how the computer chooses colors AND even to explain different finishes. We were just hoping to watcj some paint get mixed and instead got an amazing education in paint.
Went to Lowe’s on Wednesday, bought a washing machine, they said it would be delivered today (Sunday) said they would be here between 2-5 waited ALL day, conveniently they called at 5 and said the truck was broke down, #icallbullshit if it wasn’t going to get delivered why not just call and tell me. Called the manager KENNY to ask he put me on hold and never came back, yes I waited 15 minutes. Shame on you Lowe’s, you and your manager can do better
I just experienced exceptional customer service. A welcomed change.
