Been shopping at Lowe's ever since I left Home Depot. I was remodeling some remote rental properties and whenever I bought something at the Depot, it was missing parts and pieces and I was two hours away. I had enough of it and switched. For those of you that want detailed technical information from a retail clerk, try doing your research online before you go shopping anywhere. Clean stores, helpful employees, great selection. Free delivery on appliances and watch for appliance sales. Sometimes 50% off
Terrible customer service! We ordered a washing machine on Black Friday, was told 10-15 Days until it would be delivered, here we are on the 18th of December still have not received it. I’ve received 1 call from an associate, but that was only after I was super irritated that he decided he would call back, I’ve made 4 other calls, all which I got the run around and different dates. I came in to purchase a washer on Aug. 28th, i expected when i went to the appliance dept i would get some kind of service (i didn't) had to find someone, make sure to do all your research before hand because there sales persons have nooo clue about any of the appliances they are selling, now for an experiment call home depot and talk to the appliance dept and ask for recommendations or ask about features and they are ALL over it, call lowes on the other hand and you will get...Continue Reading

Bought all new Frigidaire appliances stove fridge microwave and dishwasher. Had everything installed by Lowes and they did a great job! Just picked up a new garage door opener yesterday and scheduling it to be installed next week! Thanks Lowes
They sold me an Electrolux Frigidaire Fridge that had a class action lawsuit against it and I've had nothing but ongoing problems. They knew it was a marked fridge but took advantage of me making me trust them at Lowes. Do not trust anything they sell at all or what so ever, unless you first look up class action lawsuits and read the factual reviews of bad products. Never trust a sale, a salesperson at Lowes and Electrolux has a slew of class action lawsuits going on on all sorts of products right now that are very dangerous... read more
