I was at Lowe's to pick up some flooring to repair a spot in our foyer. I checked with my phone before heading out to make sure it was in stock. Inventory showed 9 boxes of Sierra Slate, I only needed one. When I arrived I searched every aisle and found nothing. A young guy working in flooring named Brandon asked to help. Slightly miffed that Matt at the appliances said that the dishwasher we had our minds set on was unavailable. Saying it's gone flat out isnt the best way to tell someone the appliances they wanted isn't how it should be said. We picked out another dishwasher with the help of the Samsung Representative. Aside from that he waived the delivery fee because there isn't a Lowe's near us. The 11% discount from the receipt was a nice discount.

Oh so instead of they're being more assistance that they do need there's going to be less assistance. Everytime I go to this place I got to search the whole place to get some help.

in week three in September our kenmore stove and oven died and we were force to buy a new one so we went to Lowes to get a samsung model and that took ten days to get to us and when it arrived we found out that the old stove was hard wired so the delivery guys put the new stove in the garage where it still sits now, we went to the store to get the stove installed we found out that the store does not do scheduling for installs any more we had to email Porch dot com we did and they start by asking when you need it done we chos... read more

My experience has been very bad, I bought vinyl, bamboo floor and they haven't been able to installed correctly. They even sold me the wrong floor.

Your extended warranty policy and protocol on your appliances sucks. I have never had so much trouble getting a service tech out to repair our water heater. Was transferred three times, the second woman told my husband that he could pick up a part from Lowe's and Lowe's cost and repair it himself. Why would we pay for an extended warranty only to be told he could repair it himself. One, it's a gas water heater and he is not messing around with gas. Two, THAT IS WHY WE PAID FOR AN EXTENDED WARRANTY. Very disappointed.
