Excellent customer service, employees, and products and prices.
Terrible service this evening from one of your millwork managers. Totally ruined my evening which is not what typically happens when I visit your store.
Just had a new washer delivered to our house. The guys were quick, efficient and very courteous! They even went above and beyond and helped pull the old washer out to the curb. Looking forward to doing business again!
Bought kitchen cupboards when they were on sale for installation at a later date. Started installing them and found 4 out of 17 were damaged. So far they've exchanged 1. We have to take the other 3 in today and see if they will do the same.
As a veteran, I greatly appreciate Lowes' freewill act of gratitude.
