2 of 4 appliances that we ordered on BLACK FRIDAY have finally arrived today. Oh, but don’t worry you say, you have absolutely no clue when the other two will even arrive. Here we are 3 months later...and I thought sears was bad 🙄

Marvin Ellison is the new Lowe's CEO. I'm quite sure he will not appreciate how this location represents the company. Ordering incorrect products, telling you it's ok to take your business elsewhere, contradicting themselves in documented emails, and trying to intimidate a customer. We had to work directly with Cali Bamboo, who was amazing to work with and solved all of the issues. Now just waiting on Lowe's to correct what they charged us.
Terrible customer service, no one knows where items are located and they guess and send you in the wrong direction. No one is trained to do the job they are there to do such as re key a lock, cut blinds... if you are looking for something and walk by a customer service employee they never ask you if you need any help or even give you a smile. No other store compares. Unfortunately, at times I have to purchase items from other "home improvement" stores, and each time my reasoning for preferring Lowes is validated. Especially the Lowes on Westnedge. Amazing customer service and employees who know what they are talking about. This store is simply unbeatable.
Went in just to rent a shampooer and the cashiers in the service desk were being flooded by ppl. But my girl Maria and her crew were calm and efficient! Got everyone taken care of like there were only 3 ppl instead of what looked like 30!�
