Don’t ever buy anything from Lowe’s with a warranty from “Lowes Advantage”. The warranty they sell you at the time of purchase. They don’t stand behind their products or work. They don’t have service orders or repairs on file except for the last one,and it was a lie! The technicians have lied to our faces. Have dealt with this for 3 weeks now between Lowe’s and the warranty company, Diamond, the sub contractors. Unfortunately, have purchased all my and mom’s appliances from there...ugh!!

The staff are always very helpful in assisting you to find what you came looking for.
This place is the Walmart of home stores. Customer service is garbage. Don't expect to ask employees any questions, the second you make eye contact they walk away or into the back. Spent 25 min trying to find one item. Don't waste you time
Regret going through Lowes for our roofing needs, set everything up in early August, replacement skylights never ordered now we are going into winter and no new roof on the house and this is the short version....never again. Thinking about recourse...
We bought a washer and dryer. It was delivered on December 23rd. We had to call them back to install it. The dryer stopped working. They said they would send repair people on January 7th. We still cannot get a straight answer. Bad Service

All I wanted was a Christmas tree....although there were several young men standing around, attempting to look busy, I could not get anyone to help me. I went to the service desk and she paged and I waited and waited. I left and went grocery shopping, came back, thinking that maybe one of those young men had gotten tired of being useless. Not! Don't buy carpet at Lowe's. Horrible customer service. We are obviously looking to buy carpet. We even have a stick I painted with the colors of our living room, holding it up to different carpets, so we can pick the right color. There WAS an employee back here... WAS! She finished helping her customer and LEFT! We have been back here for quite some time and have been IGNORED by several employees. I don't encourage ANYONE to attempt buying carpet here. I won't beg them to take my money.
