I called and spoke with an associate about getting a custom cut order picked up in a few days. When I called to confirm my order was ready, no one knew anything about it. They then said they would not honor the order. When I spoke to the manager, she was rude and unhelpful. Do not recommend!
Terrible customer service!!! This was my second time doing an online order and both times they screwed it up. They don’t understand how their own online/special order system works. Molly and Massi were absolutely no help. Said they were managers but didn’t know how to resolve the issue. Never even apologized for the horrible customer service!! Will never shop here again! Home Depot you just got a new customer.
Customer service was very slow and rude
Had a deck door replaced through Lowe's in November last year. Found water leak from between panels first time around. The replacement door Lowe's sent appeared to have same issue (two panel looked asymmetrical). Lowe's tried to send us through the manufacturer, a process that takes weeks. Finally paid extra for different brand door after much discussion. Installation looked okay even though finishing was little rough. Went to make a return with a receipt and I specifically asked for a store credit because the item was a gift. The cashier proceeded to acknowledge my request for store credit and then at the end put the money back on the credit card. I then spoke with a manager to try and correct or reverse the transaction and she stated their was nothing she can do.
