Went in to get my Bosch router problem resolved and Martha at the costumer service desk was rude and condescending. She kept pointing to the sign saying no power tool returns after 30 days. I paid 230$ for a tool and because I didn’t use it within 30 days to find out it didn’t work I was treated like a child. She offered no help accept to ask for money to send it out for repair.
