Recommendedthe worker's are very helpful
They do not enforce wearing masks law as they are supporting to do. There are always people without them and it gets very crowded at times.
The Harbison store in Irmo, SC was a disgusting experience. Parking lot is full. Contractors everywhere with no masks. There is no one sanitizing the buggies even though the equipment is there at the store entrance. Some of the buggies had discarded one use gloves and paper towels thrown in them. The check out lady was very nice though. Will be a while before I go back.
Great company to work for
Buyer Beware: New Whirlpool refrigerator went out less than a month after delivery. It was repaired 3-4 times (while I lived out of a cooler for 4 weeks) and 6 months later: it's out AGAIN. Whirlpool and Lowes will only offer repairs. About 1/3 of food loss is covered with extended warranty so it has cost me more in food loss than I paid for refrigerator! Go somewhere else and buy another brand.
Today my husband and I received the BEST customer service. An older Caucasian man on the flooring section helped us! He stated that he has only been with the company for a few weeks. He helped us push our heavy cart to the cash register and also helped us load our truck. Wish every employee was like him!
Good place for Christmas trees.
