Asked for help to get my double bag of charcoal to the car (2) and nobody helped me. There were 6 men sitting doing nothing sitting on a counter. Eventually a lady helped me.
I usually work in Charlotte , but have found the staff very helpful, Whitney did a couple quotes for me, got what I needed . Did not catch the paint guy's name but he was very professional.
4 trips to look at dryers....no one approached to see if I need help. So I left and purchased my Samsung dryer at Best Buy. They were interested in the sale.
The worst customer service I ever received from Lowe's store. We went to get paint match, she made it and it did not match the color I wanted. She proceeded to get upset, because I didn't want it. I had several orders of paint to get. But she walk away, and said she not doing no more paint. I have to wait on next young lady to help me.
