Lowe’s customer service is very slack! I called 3 times for an item and they kept transferring me to plumbing and no one would answer the phone and I called back to customer service only to be hung up on!!! Do better!

RecommendedI drop in to browse and shop this location several times a month. This afternoon, I made a quick trio in to look at planters and washer/dryer sets. When I returned home, I realized the key to my Van was not on my keychain. I immediately drove back to Lowe's to retrace my steps. I spoke to a couple of the most helpful associates who suggested I check with Customer Service. We ordered a door that has been in 2 months ago. They have sent the installer out 3 times to measure the door. The last 2 times they were supposed to be here to install the door. This is ridiculous!
We came in with a problem with a door livk we previously purchased. Without hesitation, Richard (Sam’s Crossing Store) immediately began working on the livk and fixed it immediately. He was helpful, cordial, and professional. Thanks Richard!

After some 20 years of shopping at Lowe's, I'm so fucking done with them and Sam's Crossing Lowe's. Their delivery service is the worst I have ever seen. Not only is there no one to handle logistics properly, which doesnt take a damn rocket scientist, but there is no accountability by that departments management. This Lowe’s is the worst store ever. Every time we go to this particular store there is a problem. We’ve been trying to pick out flooring for our WHOLE house. The budget is around $7000 yet we can’t get any quality customer service. First, no one called to set the appt to measure our home, we had to call corporate. I'm on my 4 brand new refrigerator. There has been an issue with every single one. And this GE (model GSS25LSLECSS) won't even cool. My food is ruined. I have been 1.5 days with no fridge.
