Not having any checkouts open but self-serving ones. Is why I will not shop at Lowe's anymore Home Depot as both open. Wasted my time for the last time.
People are not friendly and it seems a bother to them to help you. Home Depot is alit better for customer service.
Worst customer service in the Palm desert store all the way up to corporate. Had them do flooring in my house. The worst job I have ever seen from workmanship to not caring about my property. Had them come out to address more issues only for them to make new ones. Now they tell me they won't do anything else. Don't ever buy flooring from them but most importantly don't let them do any installations. They will ruin your house and then walk away. DO NOT HAVE THEM INSTALL ANYTHING. THEY WILL DESTROY YOUR HOME.
The store in Palm Desert has the best sales associates, The young lady at the returns desk was so helpful, the young man in tools found the product that I was looking for. The young lady in garden helped me with 4 tomatoes cages. I love this store
Needs more employees to offer help that actually helps!..
