It’s time to implement touchless payment at all your stores like Apple Pay and tap credit cards. The POS systems are out of date and need to catch up with other retailers.
Horrible customer service. Had a guy named Wolfgang help us and he acted like we were ruining his day, he was so rude and not helpful. I said something to a manager, so she tried to find what we were looking for, but they didn’t have it. Went to Home Depot, got a washer/dryer was in and out within 30mins. And they have better prices. I will never shop at Lowe’s again. They didn’t even care that they lost the sale.
By hiring people who want to help customers, not ignore them.
I appreciate the military discount and they have everything. Friendly people too.
