I love Lowe's, we always find what we need. The staff is super friendly!
After renting a carpet cleaner, I took it home and found it was dirty. It left clumps of stuff on my carpet from the very beginning. When I returned it, they told me I hadn't cleaned it well enough and charged ME $15. I told them it was dirty when I got it, they shrugged and fine me. TICKED FYI: Rug Doctor rentals from Publix or Home Depot clean the machines for their customers and is about the same price. I won't make that mistake again!! I hate this store. I'm in the Painting business, just spent $2200 their just to have such horrible customer service. 9 out of 10 people are so rude. It's like pulling teeth to get help. I will never shop here again. I'd rather drive to Sarasota to Home depot than to ever step foot in a Lowe's again. Don't try to return something, they act like it's a huge inconvenience to do it eye rolls etc. Not to mentiom there bathrooms are soo disgusting smelled like a sewer!! Horrible store!
