I do not recommend Lowe's Home Improvement on SR 70 for your flooring needs. They are not handling the communication of installation well at all . I understand it's contracted out locally but I paid you Lowe's, for installation, and that is not ok to not follow through with communication. If you say you are going to call you need to call. We ordered sliding glass doors (two sets) and impact resistant windows in July. Once the order was placed our "project manager" was no longer available to us. We waited all day yesterday for our delivery after waiting over two months and it never came. They rescheduled it without ever calling us to today. The delivery frame has now come and gone and still no delivery, no phone call. I called the store and our windows are still there waiting for the delivery truck!!!!! I will NEVER order from Lowes again.
Lowes is Ok but their delivery people stink! They were to come today Sunday the 17th after not being able to deliver last Friday because of the hurricane . My husband had gone in person back to Lowes to see when they could come. They set up the day and time from there. We received a message by text saying they would be here between 1& 5 pm. It's now 6:40 and no delivery. If you aren't going to come CALL! I took my $400 mower back to Lowe's for warranty repair, and they lost it. Out of the kindness of their hearts, they offered me $100 toward a new one.
