I am a woman and had surgery and had my arm in a sling I needed a lawn mower. My husband dropped me off and parked. An older gentleman came up to me at the mowers and aks if he could help me. He went and got a cart loaded it and headed to the cashier. I ask if he could load it for me he. Said of course! Another younger fellow came by and said I got this. That was the best customer service I have every had. Good job Lowe’s!
Just hate Lowe’s in general. Go to Home Depot. Much better store and credit system.
Stephanie in customer service did everything in her power to keep me from making a purchase that the manager agreed to price match… The funny thing is I wasn’t even worried about the price match but because I was treated so rudely I voted with my feet. We won’t be back. Home Depot on 64 has impeccable service and is happy to accommodate.

Lowe’s uses the worst delivery company which ultimately reflect back on Lowe’s. Bought a new dishwasher Lowe’s scheduled the delivery between 12-4 they called at 4 said it would be between 4-8 it was never delivered. Called Lowe’s at 8:30 they transfer me to Schneider delivery co they’d said it would be delivered first thing the next morning. Bought a refridgerator. Has not been delivered yet, so cannot really write a review yet, but happy with Bruce who filled out our order. We shop at that Lowe’s quite often.
Why can't we get our cabinets in the correct size and color we need? Because the turnover in sales is crazy and they order the wrong thing then make US pay for the mistake. To the tune of $800+. Nice, Lowes. It's Home Depot for the rest of this renovation I guess :(
