Still waiting from someone from Lowe's Home Improvement to contact me about the damage done to my front porch on Tuesday while they delivered A washing machine. I waited in line for about 20 minutes for the paint guy to finish helping another customer, during which time he barely acknowledged my existence. After he helped the other customer, the paint guy proceeded to meet his friends in the aisle and chat it up. I would've been fine with it if it would've been a quick "hey how are you" but, no. He sat and had a full on conversation while I continued to wait. New dishwasher installed and does not work. Cannot reach the store to let them know and get a new one. Been calling for 15 minutes, no answer, also getting disconnected.
I had carpet installed last Wednesday, January 25th. The installers ruined all of my moldings I am having difficulty being compensated for all the damage. The customer service representative Joshua Woodson was intolerable on the phone today. He was nasty, a bully and almost verbally abusive. I am awaiting feedback from their customer service department. I can not recommend their services at this time. I spend alot of money at Lowe's but Joshua could care less about my concerns. Terrible customer service that doesn't want to be bothered. I moved the rest of my purchases to Menards.
Will never shop at Lowes again wsited 45 minutes for a ssles clerk. She came back snd ignored us. From now on Menards or Home Depot. Lowes can go to hell!!!!!
Went to the store for rose bush covers, I was told they were seasonal = which means they didn't have any. Last time I checked, it was still Fall; and yet they have Christmas decorations out. I ended up going to Menards - they had them and I made the purchase.
