Need more cashiers in gardening please
Horrible experience. Purchased new appliances and I have had nothing but issues. I still don’t have my refrigerator that I purchased at the beginning of March. Never get phone calls back from the store manager or customer service. I will never shop at Lowe’s again. Don’t spend your money with this company.
Wanted to order a special size base cabinet for my kitchen, Alex in that department was busy so another gentleman took my information and gave me his email address, Alex did email me the price and details then said he would be on vacation for a few days. I emailed him back asking for a few more details or even a phone call to go over the order...and nothing. I’ll be going to a place that strictly sells cabinets, guess my order wasn’t important enough to him.
Ordered a freezer and a refrigerator on the 25th of October and that evening we received a delivery time for the 26th of October between 12:30-2:30. My husband took the day off for this delivery. We received a phone call regarding the refrigerator being on back order till the 8th of November which we were aware of. I asked him about the freezer and he couldn’t find anything on the order, I called customer service and she informed me that the freezer order was canceled because there wasn’t one in stock. Waited over 70 minutes for a gallon of paint. There were several of us in line waiting. Got my paint finally and then was over charged for the paint. The cashier couldn't do any adjustment so I had to go to the service desk which was another 10 minute wait. Beyond ticked off.
A joke is the best way to describe my morning at lowes. Waiting and waiting and waiting. Took 20 min to find someone that could help us in the appliances. And took a 1 hour to get 3 sections of fencing down from the top rack. What a joke. Take your time guys. I have nothing to do either.
So much garbage outside your yard is a mess cant even do lawn care on surrounding properties with out find a half a sheet of drywall and have to pick it up along with all the other garbage take one of them kids walking smokin dope with nothin better to do put em on garbage duty have a little pride startin to look like fuckin ohio over there ..you want that?
