In March of this year we purchased a new custom front door from Lowe's Home Improvement. Since that time, they have ordered this door for us 3 times and it has been damaged upon arrival, 3 times. Today (7 months after initial purchase) was supposed to be the third attempt at this installation and surprise, damaged again. I am hesitant to 1) have them order for a 4th time and 2) simply take a refund and go elsewhere letting this horrendous situation disappear into thin air. Looking for advice. Found everything I was looking for staff was very nice and processional.
I was at Lowes yesterday April 17th in the am for an item in the plumbing dept. First of all All doors had a sign NO ENTRANCE!! stopped at the 2 door an saw 2 employees so I knocked she finally came to the door an said This is an exit that is why it didn't open!! I preceded to tell her the sign explained this an ALL the doors had a sign NO ENTRANCE!! She said you can't believe it. WELL THEN take the sign down!! First rude employee!! So happy to have the kids workshops going again! The kids had such a good time. The quality of the kits is so much higher than Home Depot. The staff was all so helpful and made it a great experience for me and my kids.
Worst customer service! I will no longer shop at Lowe’s . Was charged 1800 in interest charges because my promotion ran out! My fault I had my account set to automatic payments so I missed it. Called customer service one day after the grace period said I would pay my card in full if they reversed the interest charge. They would not. The supervisor left me sitting on hold on the phone for 50 minutes. I now have a balance of 4000 for appliances that are broke already. My ice maker doesn’t work! Awesome customer service - great friendly staff
We were ready to buy a washer and dryer and the employees pointedly ignored us for at least 10 minutes. Worst service experience I have ever had. It takes less than 25 seconds to look at someone, smile and say they will be with us shortly. We went elsewhere.
