THE LOWES MANAGER IS MY NEW BEST FRIEND!! Went back in today to buy more supplies and stopped at the guest service desk to see if anyone turned in my lost gift card from last week. No one had turned it in but she was able to look up the last transaction we used it on and refilled a new gift card with the remaining funds (which thankfully no one had spent!) So happy to get my $400 back!! What a lifesaver and kind person to help us in such a pinch! I will be happy to spend that gift card $$$ plus more at this location! 🙌🏻🙌�... read more
Purchased patio set. Delivered patio table so wobbly you can’t set even a glass on it. Called on delivery date to complain. Was told NEW table would be delivered three days later. Today is delivery date - no table. Called store. After lengthy and numerous conversations, was told an assembler would be out within an hour to see if table could be “shored up”. No one came. Please please please do not have Lowes do any work for you. Please do your research and and steer far away from Lowes. My wife and I spent thousands for our kitchen and bath remodel and the process and end result is terrible. I won't go into too much detail as I could write a book, but DO NOT GO WITH LOWES!
Second time ever being in a Lowe's and I don't think I'll ever be going back. This store has absolutely no customer service; they act like they can't be bothered to help you. We asked an employee if he had a measuring tape for us to measure an outdoor umbrella stand. He answered "no" and just walked away. I guess he did answer our question but, really? A customer wants to purchase something and you can't say "I don't have a tape measure but let me go find one for you". Definitely NOT the kind of store I want to shop at!
