Worse place to get any kind of service. Can’t even get a flat cart for drywall. None anywhere to be found. I even checked the parking lot myself. Nothing. I saw four. 2 being used by the front desk for returns and 2 being used for inventory. When asked to speak to a manager, I was told Kim will be right up. Waited 20 minute. Kim never showed. Customer service is HORRIBLE. Bought a brand new riding lawn mower and on the 3rd cut a belt snapped off of it.. My husband attempted to contact the store they were incredibly rude and told him to buy the part and replace it... then I attempted to call and they pulled the "I'll transfer you to that department" and then hung up card.. very disappointed after spending a lot of money at their store you would think you could get someone to at least talk to you...
I was in this store on 5/14 and saw three customers not wearing masks. Shame on them but also Shame on Lowe's for allowing them in and continuing to allow them to walk around
In a day when we are being asked to stay home, my return ability expired 10 days ago in the height of COVID19. No masks to be found, I stayed home, only to be told today by Brian the ASM that “the system” won’t allow the return! I called another store and they told me that the SM could over rise that...so Lowe’s is encouraging people to venture out for fear they can’t get their store credit???? Totally irresponsible...is this Marvin Ellison’s plan for the company? He did really well with Depot taking care of their customers!
This is by far the best customer service we’ve ever received at a Lowe’s!! Mike (the manager in appliance department and the female sales associate, who was expecting a new grandchild at any time....we worked with) were very helpful and went out of our way to answer all of our questions! I would recommend this location to all my family and friends.
