I asked the garden center if they had "forget me nots". His shoulders went up and down and said "I don't know". No attempt to even look down the aisles to see if they had them. So, I ask for a manager, she was even worse than him. No attempt to look to see where they may be. She just walked away!! Unbelievable is all I can say.....
I absolutely hate Lowe's I loathe Lowe's I have a special place and a special hatred for Lowe's they they say they have a pro service desk yet they point the other way every time all the way down to the other end it's not contractor friendly it's in my opinion the retarded dyslexic version of Home Depot they have a great selection but in my opinion some of the stupidest and laziest employees that are in no way ready to help you ...
One of the worst customer service experiences I've had in recent memory. Seriously, the Home Depot is a mile up the road. If the employees don't get it together, customers have no motivation not to take their business a mile away.
I went to return a key lock box that locked with extra key in it but would not open with combination. They refunded the lockbox but not the cost of the key I had made that was stuck in the lock box. The reason was they could not show they had the key even though you could hear it rattling around inside. So I am out a key and the money I paid to make it.
Just went to put up 2 new blinds I bought at this store. As I opened the package I noticed that there were parts missing and the blinds were covered in dust. And one of them was bent in the middle and the coating was chipped and had a big rust spot. Talk about your bait and switch! This is why Home Depot always gets my business.
