Used to shop here all the time. Not anymore just got treated like garbage trying to return snack that I bought that was bad. The assistant manager was very rude and not helpful at all. Basically making up his own return policy
No one anywhere avail to help. Managers would not respond to calls for help.
If you need Hardware or Appliances even Landscaping Lowe's is the place
Used to be a great store with excellent customer service! Now you have to wait 20 minutes to get anyone to help you in any department, press the Help buttons and employees depress to turn off as they are tired of hearing pages. So press the button again and wait another 20 minutes. Don’t know what happened but customer service sucks now!
Wish I could give zero stars would not exchange a chainsaw I bought three days ago that broke after one time. Thanks For helping out during a hurricane. I will be contacting the news media
Worst experience I've ever had at Lowe's. Had the rudest possible sales associate, Gaylord, interrupt my mother in the middle of her trying to ask him where something was to tell her to "keep it movin" because we had a cart with us and I guess his sole job was to bark rudely where the lines begin. Will not be going to this location again.
I returned my $400 mower for warranty repair, and they lost it. Out of the kindness of their hearts, they offered me $100 toward a new one.
We just tried to purchase a refrigerator from this location. It took about 30 minutes to get one of very few staff members to help us. Unfortunately, her lack of product knowledge caused us all to search our phones for information while making our selection. Both people who eventually 'helped' us had low energy, low product knowledge, and seemed to resent the customers that required them to work.
