this morning your paint department cost me an hour and a return trip because the Moron Old Bob mixed flat instead of satin paint. my husband will be in tomorrow to exchange it and ask you why it takes over an hour for his wife to get the wrong paint when old Bob in the paint is working...

Great customer service, all team members are polite and helpful; if you ask them a question and they aren’t sure nor know the answer they will find someone that does. They have great prices and their app is great to keep track and organized all your purchases.

Went to Lowe's on Saturday for fall vegetable plants and they we not in yet. Looking at Smokers found one on sale. Shawn helped explain how to use the Smoker also bought each flavor of wood chips. Hubby wanted to check out lawn mower Shawn discounted the lawn mower so we took it. Went back Monday for 2 New toilets and Shawn hooked us up with another guy to help us in that department. I hope this gets to the manager. I have shopped at the Casa Grande store since it opened. Every time I went to Home Depot I had a bad experience but Lowe's was always good and I have spent a lot of my money there. I don't care for Home Depot. Here lately I find things quite different. Employees walk by and don't even ask if you need help even when it's obvious you do, you stand in line forever because there's one cashier(the guy in front of me today set his item down and left),items that the web site says are in stock are no... read more
Poor customer service. Finally got my refrigerator at 4:30pm after many calls begging them to deliver today as promised. And it has a big dent my husband didn't notice right in the front of the freezer drawer. This store is subpar from stores I used in NV and KY
