If I could give ZERO stars, I would. The manager Lilly G. is EXTREMELY RUDE to both the customers and employees. Her tone of voice and attitude toward people is completely unnecessary. I would not have her interact with people in general!!!!
Bought a fridge, delivered 12/10/19. Top ice maker quit working. Have tried to get ahold of appliance department 5 times today alone. Been disconnected 3 times, all others no one will answer. Their customer service sucks!!!!!
customer service was ridiculous. I was treated like garbage by manager when my scheduled delivery items were not there. I wasn't told until the night before that they wouldn't be delivered. they just lost all my business and 1500 dollar sale
Awesome staff! I bought a new washer and Walter (in appliances) made it a very satisfying experience. Friendly, hilarious, informative and knowledgeable! He was able to get me next day delivery. The delivery guys came today and set up the new washer. Kurtis and his delivery buddy were just as awesome! From parking at the store to delivery was such a smooth and painless process. (Walt if you see this tell your boss a handshake and "KMA" is in order LOL)
