Would never recommend- had a delivery and the delivery people tore up multiple things in my home. Lowes in Jefferson City won't follow through with repairs, and corporate is equally pathetic.
My daughter wanted new ceiling fan and new vent registers for her birthday so off to lowes we went yesterday was overwhelming over our heads so buzzed for assistance. Fred came almost superhero fast and WAS the most helpful and answered all our questions and completely gathered everything we needed and assisted us to vents and showed us our options there thank you Fred and glad lowes hires superheroes like you went up and working beautifully as you said it would ���
I went to the Jefferson City store to buy paint for my house told the man I wanted Valspar paint he and the other man at the paint counter tried to tell me that I needed to buy Sherman Williams I told them my Painter and I wanted Valspar they acted like car salesman acted like my painter didn't know what he was doing I left after they pissed me off and had to drive to Morristown where a nice lady sold me what I wanted I think If you are going to spend over $600.00 you shouldn't be harassed to buy something you don't want
Purchased thousands of dollars of appliances and delivery time was 8-noon on Monday. Now it is Tuesday and appliances still not arrived.
Someone finally called me 2 days after my order arrived. I ordered a closet rod online and it took weeks to get it. Then the cashier acted like I was killing her because she had to pick up the phone and have my item brought up from the back. If I need something from lowes, I'll definitely go to Morristown.
