Buy allowing customers to by the items they need, when they need it. I went there to buy a Kobalt table saw for $349.00, but the only one they had in the store was the display table saw. I was ok with buying the display, however tbe store manager refused to. Stopped for 2 items yesterday, Dec 6, in Jefferson City, TN. Only 2 registers open, however, 1 cashier was nowhere near her open register. When we finally got called down to the cashierless register, the cashier was huffy, as if she didn't want to ring anyone up. Cashier "Suzanne" was terribly rude & standoffish. No greeting, she just scanned my 2 items & threw them into a bag. I accidentally pressed the red bbuttin on the card machine, trying to use credit & it cancelled the payment. As always, horrible service. Waited on by Jose. He’s abrupt. Only one register was open. Never answers questions despite repeatedly asking. Manager was there. When I said something to her, she didn’t care. Never made eye contact. Said Jose was one of the better ones. That explains a lot about the store. Lowe’s alstroemerias doesn’t give military discount all items anymore and you won’t know until you check out.
I bought a riding lawn mower that died after the first 20 minutes of its life and would not start up again. It took FIVE trips to this store to finally get my money back. I spent at least 20 minutes in line each time, either waiting my turn or waiting for a manager. Each time the employee would page for help over and over because they were so backed up, but each time, no help came. The guy that schedules the deliveries and pick ups was super rude and hateful. Wandered in with ideas and Joseph helped talk them through to make them tangible. Helped me load and even kept my kid entertained so she had a pleasant experience. Tyler and Gillian (I think that was her name) was even sweet with my kid. Friendliest Lowes I have experienced.

customer service is trash. ordered 2 items online. 1 was used, 1 missing pieces. all i wanted was exchange, took to store as lowes customer care directed, and they refused and was very rude about it. will never shop this location again
