Usually have wonderful people working here. This morning we ran into a very helpful person in the tool section. Extremely knowledgable. Then we went to plunbing where we ran into a gray haired man who wouldn't cut pipe for us claiming the machine has been broken for a year. Meanwhile my wife had pipe cut a few weeks ago. If you don't feel like being bithered stay home. Lowes and its customers will appreciate it.
as a former Lowe's employee it is heartbreaking to see what as become of once a beautiful store . no customers service dirty disorganized the front of the store looks terrible.
I'VE TRIED TO HAVE SOMEONE ANSWER A SIMPLE QUESTION AND ALL I GET IS PUT ON HOLD. I EVEN TRIED TO TALK TO THE MANAGER AND COULD NOT GET HIM/HER TO PICK UP THE PHONE. NOT JUST THIS STORE, THIS WAS STORE NUMBER 3. TIME TO GO TO HOME DEPOT.
