After lots of research I went to Lowes to finalize a purchase. Thank you for the stress free experience and quick delivery (less then 48 hours later). They follow up very well on delivery time.
We were there yesterday and while checking out the paint we were purchasing opened and got ALL over my husband's and son's shoes and clothes!!! We were on our way out to dinner that we were not able to go to. The manager did not once apologize and was not helpful!!! I am so disgusted with the "service"
I had a great experience today at Lowes in Bethpage. I purchased a bathroom light fixture but the ring to hold in the globe was stuck and wouldn't come out. The fixture was on clearance and it was the last one. Julie at Customer Service tried to get it out and when she couldn't she called someone from electrical to help. I didn't get his name but he walked me over to Mike and they both worked on the ring until they were able to free it. Never get a delivery from this Store they use a contractor for their shipments which you do not get on time and seems like they don't care and you are unimportant I wasted a whole-day waiting for a delivery that was 2 hours late Extremely disappointed and quite honestly would question my purchase for delivery from this store again This is not how you treat a customer you're better-off over estimating your delivery times and looking like a hero than under estimating and making people angry.I am a new homeowner was looking for... read more
Lowes is terrible!!! I will never walk into a Lowes ever again! Don't ever buy a warranty from them because it means absolutely NOTHING!!! Waste of money and time! Even the people that work for Lowes agree it's wrong but I'm about $100! Terrible business!
They don't want to deliver the appliances I purchased. Why? I can't get a real answer. First they lost the stove. Then they changed the delivery date to one I said was not possible for me. Then they called and said there is a problem with my credit (there isn't). Then they said they couldn't deliver it because I hadn't paid $179.00 for a hook up fee. On and on... I am supposed to get my delivery today, now from Garden City. We'll see what happens.
