Zero stars if I could. I ordered a cooktop in February and spent the next 3 months calling nearly twice a week with zero updates, zero follow-through from managers who promised callbacks, and zero accountability. I spent $850 out of pocket on a permit and gas inspection — required by Lowe's own installer — on top of $3,000+ for the cooktop, installation, and warranty.
