Went to Lowe's Hicksville looking for flooring. Needed measurements taken and they charged me 30 dollars and someone was sent and took measurements. That went fine. BUT, I never got the quote that was promised. I called the store and was connected to flooring. Nobody picked up. Tried calling manager. Nobody picked up. Tried calling flooring again. they allow people in the store without masks, and their manager of operations said that this is just a suggestion... even though it is a state law, they do not feel it is important enough.
Really gone downhill this store. Couldn’t even get a tank of propane because the employee was missing in action

The customer service is extremely slow...not sure if anyone wants to work anymore....to check something that in stock takes them 30 minutes come on now.....
Obnoxious and nasty at return counter HELLO new HOME DEPOT down the block
We ordered hardwood flooring through lowes and had it installed through them. The order process went smoothly and everything was down hill from there ! Floors were ordered in May and not installed until July. They came in August to finish/ fox some problems but never actually did any work! We have been trying to get a hold of them for weeks to fix this and no one will get back to us !!
