I’ve been trying to write this review but it keeps disappearing. Lowe’s must know that it would be scathing. I’m not going to try again with the full review I had planned and will just say that HISENSE and Lowe’s are terrible when it comes to customer service. It is next to impossible to get resolution from either company. I got so frustrated one time that I just canceled a Lowe’s order.  Don’t have that option this time.  Left hand either ignores or just doesn’t know how to communicate with right hand.

I went to Lowell's store in Warsaw Indiana to buy a water softener and a reverse osmosis system. I had $1000 cash to do this. I found the items and when i ask two Lowell's employees for help, there reply was, well if you can not handle it then we will have to. I explained that i had a tare in my aorta and could not lift and one of them said so what and stated that he had problems also. So i took my $1000 to Menards where i got some help.

Lowes North Spokane, WA - The delivery department is beyond stupid! They try and deliver windows and a door to me before my shop is even open. They call at 0630 saying they are 1 hour out. We are very remote so I let them know I can be there in 1 hr and 15 minutes at the soonest. They ask me if I want the windows and door dropped off somewhere. I tell them no I will be there ASAP. So they just reschedule the order I have waited a month for. I call the delivery manager and tell him to contact them and have them deliver today ... read more

Try speaking to a live person when calling. Nothing but open-ended menu options. We're trying to get service for stacked washer/dryer and can't get anyone to answer the phone. Just another non-descript retailer that spend too much on advertising as if they really care.

Worst customer service ever. Called manager Shannon. Made excuses can't get qualified help and corporate controls inventory. When I told her training and customer service is her responsibilitie she said she was offended and hung up. Sad she doesn't have the skill sets to train her employees and deal with customer complaints in a mindful manner. It reflects poorly upon herself and the Lowes brand

SHOULD BE 0. Regarding the Lowe's Protection Plan 5-year extended warranty.  I had to pay $552.00 out of my pocket to get my Samsung French Door refrigerator repaired.  Service Call: $140; parts $412. I have (had) 6 months remaining on my 5-year warranty for my Samsung refrigerator.  I called, e-mailed, texted, went to the front counter.  The front counter had a text message sent to me which was a $100 rebate for a $2,500 (September 2019) refrigerator.  I am very angry with the useless extended plan they offer and the lack o... read more

I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience with Lowe's Tampa Palms store. When problems arose with my order, I encountered appalling treatment from Lynn, the Operations Manager. Her rude and unprofessional behavior left me feeling deeply disillusioned with Lowe's as a company. Despite raising valid concerns, I received no satisfactory resolution. As a loyal customer, this experience has shattered my trust in Lowe's. I strongly urge others to think twice before shopping there and to explore alternative options.
