WARNING: I am a realtor and property manager. I have never had such a nightmare experience with ANY of my vendors. It started with trying to order a set of $5000 of appliances. My property owner and I could not get the appliance dept on the phone. We were told please hold then disconnect multiple times. Finally, we were able to place the order. If I could give this revue a 10 star I would. As a business owner for 45 years in customer's service. I want to express what a GREAT!!!!! customer service we received in your appliance department from Jerry today. We purchased a pie case over $2000.00 purchase at the Zanesville store on March 30th. In the processing of it the delivery the address to deliver to was implemented wrong. I had a project so i have used lowes & was a constant purchaser however with this project they chased me away to their competitor i had made 4 trips to the store trying to get my order straightened out only to leave very fustrated & cancelled Now i understand why my contractors i use .use their competitor they dont have it together when it comes to a project i even thought the manager would straighten it out NO a lesson learned
Wouldn't recommend utilizing this company for any of your home renovations. I encountered terrible service from store personnel up the ladder to management. Had to make several phone calls to receive a refund that was due to me and advocate for myself as I knew I was being mishandled. Sales representative was not trustworthy/transparent during the install project. I will never set foot in another one of their establishments.
I visited Lowe’s in Haines City Florida yesterday. I needed to purchase a new refrigerator, as the compressor broke in mine!! I needed a very fast delivery and the Manager George got involved… He was OUTSTANDING, and helped me all He could to get My delivery out ASAP!! He is a wonderful asset to Your company And does all he can to make sure the customer is satisfied when they leave the store!!! Thank You George !!!!!
Went to the garden center today to buy tomato plants, and it appeared none of the plants have been watered in days; all the plants were dry and dying. There were plenty of employees in the garden center and don't understand how the manager can allow this to happen. It's a shame and sad to see.
Since Johnathan Billings was DRUNK when he came into the Lowe's Store in Brunswick Maine. He was also not told to load his own bags but since he wanted 300 bags they were in various parts of the store and it would take time to gather them. He blew up at the employee and began to curse them out. EXCUSE me Mr. But it is not Lowe's fault that you until 30 minutes before they closed to ask for 300 bags for pellets that you ran out of by your own incompetence.
HORRIBLE customer service. Waited over 30 minutes for someone to trim and wrap a Christmas Tree. STILL STANDING IN THE FREEZING COLD WAITING!
