I might actually switch back to Home Depot if the check out situation doesn't improve. Oh... and millwork...what a weak selection of trim and boards.
Neal from this store needs a refresher course in customer service. He was extremely rude to me. I caught him turning the corner and said "excuse me". He yelled at me that he was helping another customer who then turned the corner. I was only looking for him to point me in the direction of the wall art. He was extremely rude. My son works in retail and would be fired if he spoke to a customer like that. Shame on Lowes for hiring nasty creatures. Won't go in that store again.
I ordered a stove online and got the WORST service and experience EVER!!
I give this review 0 stars. NEVER ORDER CARPET FROM THIS STORE!!
