I bought a smartpond 560 gph premium pond pump from this store and although it is advertised with a 5 year warranty, they would not accept a return or even an exchange. I’ll be taking my business to Home Depot where I’ve never had such an issue.
went to buy a dishwasher 2 weeks ago. had to pay $35 for an installer to look at the installation. he came last Friday to look and still waiting for him to upload the information. what kind of idiots do they hire to install?????? never again.
Service reps took care of us promptly. Rented a truck,no prod lens.vanity looks great in my bathroom . Service very good.
I'm a New customer, had some trouble before and yesterday. I can tell customer service needs to be improved, but there was one employee who was very helpful, so overall three stars instead if two. Home Depot is nearby, and Lowe's must ramp up its customer service or disappointed and/or disenfranchised customers will naturally go elsewhere. Word of mouth and the various social media platforms spread the word far and wide, quickly. It's just simple entry level 101 business logic.
There is absolutely no one here to help you! Been waiting now for over twenty minutes, along with quite a few other people!
Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service at the Farmingdale location. Thanks to the 4 customer service ladies who were disgustingly rude to us today we won’t be coming back to this location again. Lowes Bayshore all the way!
