Went in here on my lunch to purchase a couple of things. I can't believe the lack of customer service. I walked up and down 3 aisles several times by the same worker and was never asked if I needed help. I finally had to ask him myself for help. Then what does he do, he pulls out his phone to look on the Lowes website to see what aisle I need to go to and points me in that direction. After that I didn't even purchase the 2nd item I needed. We were there for paint the lady who helped us was very nice and very good at her job we live in Statesville,,, but we had to thing's in Hickory

It's a shame that Lowes is laying off so many employees because the last couple of times I was in there I couldn't find anyone to help me. I've gone in there 3 different times to purchase a microwave and haven't talked to anyone yet!
Our 16 yr old GE washer broke down recently, after reviewing my options I decided it would be cheaper to buy new rather than buy a used(other people problem) I went to.Home Depot then Lowe's to look at models and features along with prices, as laundry piled up I went back to Home Depot and asked about a particular model Whirlpool they do not stock this model and wouldn't be able to deliver one for 10 days, I went to discuss this with my other half who was getting her hair done, while waiting I went to Lowe's Online compared ... read more
