Horrible delivery service and people. Got our fridge late, our food was ruined and new fridge was dented. Not to mention, left old fridge sitting in yard.
I work at Lowes on Hwy 70. I understand some people have bad experiences, but.....we are the busiest store in the Charlotte region. We sell more appliances than other stores in our market. Also Lowes is the number one appliance dealer in the US. So, we must be doing something right.
Bought a storm door on Saturday 5/12/18 for Lowe's to install. 1 week went by and no call from installer to schedule. I have called twice this week and was told yesterday that the installer would pull over and call me to schedule. He didn't. I'm still not scheduled but calling again today. It shouldn't be this difficult. I also feel like they are taking advantage of me for what they charge in the way of additional materials and labor. NOT happy with this Lowe's presently.

Horrible customer service!!!!!!!! Called to confirm delivery of a washer. Told me that they would call 30 min to an hour before delivery. Asked him if he had any idea of what time frame, he said 12:00 to 6:00. A six hour window to not be able to do anything because you are waiting on them!!! Called manager at Lowes and he was not unapologetic and did not even ask my name to even try to make it right. All I got was excuses that they are shorthanded. I made an appt a few weeks ago to meet with Bob Wass at Lowe's store on 127 at 1pm last Tuesday. I showed up a little early and talked with 3 different clerks who asked me if I needed help. I told all 3 that I was waiting to see Bob. I was told he was out to lunch. When I stopped back a little before lunch he was still out. No problem but when I went back at 1:03 he was putting 2 ladies at his desk. Not sure what appointments mean there
The workers were all very rude and would not price match our item, so no sale today. I take my business some where else!
