Do not hire Lowes to do contracting work. They never finished the job, nor corrected damage done, yet they require pay upfront. I have talked to: Darla Klink, Dawn Crittenden, Jack Robinson, Brandon Bell, Charles Bell, Brett Stadler, Brian Buell. No one can seem to fix the problem. Now they are saying it is the contractor's issue. I hired Lowe's not the contractor. I would not have paid the final payment if I had contracted them myself. What a mess!
Have made many purchases here and they have gone downhill. We were looking for blinds and shades for a new construction home. There was nobody to help, we waited 30 minutes and no one came after asking 3 times. Finally a guy from windows said the only one who could help was mixing paint and couldn't leave paint department. Long story short went to Home Depot problem solved and they get the 5K. I did buy appliances at Lowes 3 weeks ago hopefully they show up tomorrow as scheduled. What horrible customer service this Lowes has. Placing an order was simple, but getting our order has been a nightmare. After being told we would receive our lumber delivery by 12:30 the next day, we didn't receive it until 9:30pm. Multiple phone calls and speaking to 2 different managers made no difference. The one manager even stated we would have it by 5:30, which in turn was another lie. They could care less that we had to cancel the other contractors that day since they lied to us. Well it has been 3 weeks since Lowes delivered my appliances. The driver tore my phone line and cable line from my house both lines are attached to the face of my house so 6 to 8 feet of fascia has been torn off exposing my attic/ the corner of my siding broke. The driver just told my wife to call the cable company to fix the down wires. So rain water is coming into my attic and in to my garage.
