Still waiting for installation to CALL to schedule kitchen tile floors!!! All supplies have been delivered and paid for!!! Yet no one can be bothered to call back and schedule our floor installation that has been PAID for in FULL!!! Beyond irritated 😠 completely unacceptable!!!

I had to wait 17 days for my dishwasher and refrigerator to be delivered. 17 days! And when they finally came, the dishwasher installer was MIA. Called Lowes 3 times to get a ETA for installer and there has been no resolution. I want my installation fee waived!
