I just want to say that Lowes in Howell on Latson Rd. gave us great customer service today. I went in to purchase a dishwasher and of course I have to look around at other things. Found something on display and just had to have it. The tag on is was miss marked but they honored that price and I got my item for more than half off the original selling price. They also did a great job matching my online price for my dishwasher. Thanks again Lowes. You have made me a return customer!
Hi Lowes in Howell, Michigan We started in a bad way but ended really Great! Thank you everyone who help in fixing the Deck project installation! Waited 7 days to get our new dryer and we have to wait another 7 days or go pick it up ourselves from another store. This Lowes really Blowes!
Beat Home Depot's price on wood flooring, even though it wasn't the exact same product.
I have to say that Lowe's in Howell was wonderful to our family. A couple Of weeks ago on a Sunday evening we had a storm with very strong winds that took our 10x12 weighted gazebo down bending metal and tearing the screen and zip up sides. It was blown into our above ground pool. Even though they do not cover wind damage they replaced the gazebo free of charge. They did not have to do that. This was a $500.00 gazebo. Thank you to Betsy and corporate offices for all your help!!!
