Lowes has created the worst experience I have ever had with any purchase, I orderED a fence in June 2017 and still it is not completely installed, it started with the initial order not being entered properly, then the measurements were wrong, then again the measurements were wrong so 41/2 months later I get a call from the store that says they don't have the last section of the fence (on the day of scheduled installation), and there is nothing they can really do about (because their vendors and delivery service run the compa... read more
I need to buy a full appliance package and a grill. Total sale will be around $10,000. I have been in this location three times now to price appliances as we are moving here in three weeks. I have yet to have anyone offer to help me and when I approach anyone they just pass me off or I have a better knowledge base of what you sell than they do. Took them 45 minutes to get my order from the back room. Not impressed.
Had a rough experience with flooring purchase but Renee (SM) made it right. If you ever need flooring make sure you see Myles, not impressed with the rest but Myles was great. Rodney, the ASM was also great to work. Definitely would recommend getting cabinets and countertops from them as that went without a problem. Overall experience turned out better than expected.
Great in store appliance department and sales people but the worse freight delivery system EVER! This is my second appliance delivery screw up. Will never ever purchase anything that requires delivery again. I am still waiting for delivery that was supposed to be completed between 2 and 4. I may change this review to a 1 star yet.
The guys out on the floor in the wood department were not helpful at ALL. They couldn't even stop to help me lift a heavy piece of wood, a young guy just walked by and looked at me trying to lift the piece. I even said something and he kept on walking, pushing his little cart.
